Beginning in May 2002, the New Mexico Corrections Department established Offender Information. Offender Information is intended to provide law enforcement agencies and the general public with information about offenders who are incarcerated or on probation and/or parole supervision. The type of information available is an offender's offense, supervision status (incarcerated or probation/parole), location (prison location or probation/parole district) and a current photograph. The New Mexico Corrections Department does not have jurisdiction over city, county or federal inmates. |
