Financial Management
| The Financial Management Bureau (FMB) is divided into five different sections: Accounting, Audit, Procurement, Accounts Payable and Bureau Chief. The function of the bureau is to oversee the financial accounting processes for the Department. The specific functions include pre-auditing of all purchase documents and pay packets, maintaining the agency's accounting system and chart of accounts, coordinating agency Request for Proposals and contracts, overseeing the accounting functions of the Inmate Trust Accounting System, grants reporting, providing the agency internal audit function, and preparing the financial statements for the annual financial and compliance audit. |

Additional functions of the bureau include supporting the ASD Business Office and assisting senior, middle and junior levels of management and business offices with financial information, most of which is displayed on the agency's Intranet. |
